Effimax Showcases Integrated Logistics Expertise at the 2nd Exploration Forum – Onshore and Inland Basins

Effimax has reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and sustainable operations in Angola’s energy sector, spotlighting the critical role of logistics in advancing onshore exploration. On 05–06 June 2025, the company participated in the 2nd Exploration Forum – Onshore and Inland Basins, promoted by the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG).

We were proud to stand at the forefront of ANPG’s prestigious Onshore Exploration Forum, where over 300 industry stakeholders, local players, global competitors, and potential investors gathered to shape the next phase of Angola’s energy journey.

Representing Effimax at the Forum, Paulina Henriques, Commercial Supervisor at Effimax, presented a keynote on “Integrated Logistics Services in the Etosha Okavango Basin.” The presentation underscored how Effimax’s tailored logistics solutions are shaping the success of exploration projects in Angola’s inland basins, particularly in challenging environments with limited infrastructure.

“Integrated logistics has proved to be a critical factor in the success of onshore operations, especially in areas with limited infrastructure such as the Etosha Okavango Basin,” said Henriques. “Our approach reflects Effimax’s experience in developing efficient, safe, and adaptable solutions that respond to both geographical and operational specificities. From transport and storage to supply coordination, technical support, and local partnerships, we believe logistics is not just a support function - it is a strategic enabler of exploration success.”

Her presentation highlighted key takeaways:

  • Coordination between transport, storage, supply, and technical support.

  • Sustainable logistics solutions aligned with environmental and social requirements.

  • Operational insights from Effimax’s field experience in the Etosha Okavango Basin.

  • Strengthening Angola’s logistics chain through local partnerships and technical training.

The Forum created a platform for high-level technical dialogue, where opportunities and challenges in Angola’s inland basins were critically assessed. For Effimax, participation reinforced its role as a trusted partner in delivering integrated logistics that drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and national capacity-building.

“As we continue to support exploration in Angola’s inland basins, Effimax remains deeply committed to solutions that not only enable project success but also contribute to the sustainable development of our sector and communities,” Henriques added.

Effimax’s track record in logistics excellence continues to make it a catalyst for safe, efficient, and future-ready operations - demonstrating that when logistics evolves, exploration thrives.
